If the vehicle that you purchased from us does not meet your needs, you can exchange it for a different one that fits you better within five days and/or 300 miles from date of purchase. We mean it when we say that customer satisfaction is our number one priority. The last thing we want is for you to get stuck with a vehicle that you aren’t in love with. Just bring your vehicle back to Gastonia Nissan within five days and/or 300 miles of purchasing it and we’ll help you find one that you love.

CARFAX® Vehicle History Report™

Every one of our pre-owned vehicles come with a full CARFAX® Vehicle History Report™ so you can leave your worries behind when you buy from Gastonia Nissan.

*Exchange policy is limited to five days and/or 300 miles from date of purchase. All exchanges are based upon approved credit. Saturdays and Sundays are counted in the five-day period. If the fifth day falls on a Sunday, the exchange must be completed by the close of business on the previous Saturday. The purchase price will be credited as a trade-in toward the replacement vehicle. If the original transaction included an over-allowance for a trade-in, the difference between the allowance and actual trade cash value will be deducted from the credit toward the replacement vehicle. No exchanges will be granted if the original vehicle is damaged or if there is evidence of abuse. No exceptions will be made for the five-day period or the 300-mile maximum.
