Preventative Steps Taken at the Dealership
Effective immediately, our dealership has implemented the following steps to ensure a healthy environment for all guests:

Our fully-trained janitorial staff has gone through even more extensive training to do everything they can to prevent contraction of COVID-19. They will more frequently disinfect and sanitize all high-touch areas including tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more.

We have added many more hand sanitizing dispensers in key areas throughout the dealership for quick and easy access for every customer and team member to use. We encourage you to make use of them after handling pens, keys, touching handles, car surfaces, and other high-touch surfaces throughout our dealership.

If our staff feels like they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, they have been instructed and mandated to stay home until they can show a negative COVID-19 test.
The steps we are taking moving forward have been inspired by the advice being provided to the public from trusted organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
In an effort to keep everyone who walks through the doors of Gastonia Nissan and do our part to end the COVID-19 pandemic, we will keep these practices in place until further notice.
